Shipping and Returns

Shippings

The goods are sent, after the reception of the payment, in a maximum term of one week depending on the contracted service. We do not ship to Ceuta/Melilla, the Canary Islands (Spain), Madeira or the Azores (Portugal), Germany, France, Belgium or Austria. The delivery time may be affected by the current situation (COVID-19).

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. Orders are delivered through our transport agency to the address indicated at the time of ordering. Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes.

If you place your order during a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next working day. If you pay by bank transfer, the order will not be sent until we receive proof of payment. If your order has already left the warehouse and you want to change the address, this service will cost 7.00€

Spain, Balearic Islands: 7.00€  

Europe Zone 1 (Italy, Luxembourg, Switzerland, UK): 10.00€

Europe Zone 2 (Andorra, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden): 15.00€ 

Europe Zone 3 (Bosnia – Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City): 20.00€

United States of América: US$ 30,00

Returns

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to make an exchange or return. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Place the article or articles you want to return in their original packaging. Download the return and exchange form. Enclose the completed form and protect the package very well so that the product you wish to return or exchange is not damaged. 

2. After receiving the product(s) in our warehouse and verifying that it is in correct condition, we will credit you the amount paid for the product within 10 working days, in the same way as you made the purchase. The return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless it is an exchange or a return due to an error on our part. We will not accept return shipments.
