(hereinafter LEKKID) informs Users that it complies with current data protection regulations, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights and with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on the Information Services and Electronic Commerce Society.
This Privacy Policy may vary over time due to possible changes in legislation, jurisprudence or the criteria followed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency and/or the competent authority at any given time. The data collected through the completion of the forms will be processed in order to attend to the relationship between the User and the organisation, and specifically, will be processed for the following purposes:
– To manage the commercial relations between the User and LEKKID that may be established through the contracting of services or products by the User.
– To communicate to Users information considered by LEKKID to be useful in relation to the commercial activity offered by the company.
The data collected will only be those that appear on the forms on the Website (www.lekkid.com) and, in short, only those provided by the User by filling in the relevant forms. The said data collected are strictly necessary for LEKKID to carry out its activity and offer the services and other benefits of its legally declared activity.
The data provided will only be used for the determined, explicit and legitimate purposes set out above, as well as those purposes determined by a regulation of legal rank. In this sense, LEKKID will not subsequently process the data in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.

Likewise, if a User does not wish to receive information via e-mail or any other means, he or she may notify LEKKID at the indicated address by any means that provides proof of receipt.
On the other hand, Users may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, without this affecting in any way the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Furthermore, the exercise of the right must be carried out by the User himself, his heir or by a person authorised as the legal representative of the authorised party. In this case, the documentation must be provided that accredits this representation of the data subject, acceptance of the inheritance or powers of attorney.
Finally, we inform you that you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or with the Catalan Data Protection Authority if you consider your rights have been infringed.
