(hereinafter LEKKID) informs Users that it complies with current data protection regulations, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights and with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on the Information Services and Electronic Commerce Society.
ELEMENTOS CREATIVOS, S.L., with NIF B-65.929.150, acts as owner, promoter and manager of the contents of this website. Consequently, it is responsible for the processing of your data.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The data collected through the completion of the forms will be processed in order to attend to the relationship between the User and the organisation, and specifically, will be processed for the following purposes:
– To manage the commercial relations between the User and LEKKID that may be established through the contracting of services or products by the User.
– To communicate to Users information considered by LEKKID to be useful in relation to the commercial activity offered by the company.
The data collected will only be those that appear on the forms on the Website (www.lekkid.com) and, in short, only those provided by the User by filling in the relevant forms. The said data collected are strictly necessary for LEKKID to carry out its activity and offer the services and other benefits of its legally declared activity.
The data provided will only be used for the determined, explicit and legitimate purposes set out above, as well as those purposes determined by a regulation of legal rank. In this sense, LEKKID will not subsequently process the data in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.
Likewise, the data provided will be duly conserved and protected against loss or alteration of the information and unauthorised access while the commercial relationship exists and, once it has ended, for the time necessary until the prescription of responsibilities, unless the User exercises his or her right to suppress the data, in which case only those data which are legally required to be conserved will be conserved within the legally established periods.
Should it be necessary to process the data at a later date for purposes other than those stated above, the User will be provided with all the necessary information and will be required to give his or her express consent for his or her personal data to be processed for such different purposes.
LEGITIMACY FOR DATA PROCESSING
Likewise, such consent shall entail the incorporation of the User’s personal data into an automated file for processing.
Users of the Website are informed that the answers to the questions on the data collection forms that may be contained on this website are voluntary, although the refusal to provide the requested data may make it impossible to access the services that require it.
RECIPIENTS OF PROCESSED DATA
The personal and/or browsing data provided by Users, unless the User has been informed of the possible existence of transfers of their data to third parties and except in the cases covered by current legislation and the authorisations in the following paragraphs, will not be transferred to any third party outside LEKKID, without the express consent of the Users.

INFORMATION TO THE USER ON THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OPPOSITION, SUPPRESSION AND PORTABILITY OF THEIR DATA
Users may exercise, with respect to the data collected in the manner described in the previous point, the rights recognised in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and specifically the rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure and portability of the data. What they consist of is set out briefly below:
– Right of access: the User has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him are being processed.
-Right of rectification: Users may have their personal data rectified if they are found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
– Right of opposition: the User may request that the processing of his personal data not be carried out or that it be ceased.
– Right of suppression: the User has the right to obtain the suppression of the personal data concerning him/her when the circumstances foreseen by the regulations in force occur.
– Right to the transfer of data: Users have the right to receive the personal data they have provided to the Data Controller and which concern them, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
The rights referred to in the preceding paragraph may be exercised by each User by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by means of a written and signed request, accompanied by a photocopy of their National Identity Document or Passport, addressed to the Data Processing Manager at Carrer Sant Màrius 13, Barcelona (08022 – Barcelona).
Likewise, if a User does not wish to receive information via e-mail or any other means, he or she may notify LEKKID at the indicated address by any means that provides proof of receipt.
On the other hand, Users may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, without this affecting in any way the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Furthermore, the exercise of the right must be carried out by the User himself, his heir or by a person authorised as the legal representative of the authorised party. In this case, the documentation must be provided that accredits this representation of the data subject, acceptance of the inheritance or powers of attorney.
Finally, we inform you that you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or with the Catalan Data Protection Authority if you consider your rights have been infringed.
